A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

A little help,
if you need it.

Barcodes don’t have to be complicated.

Which barcode type should I choose?

Code 128 is a useful default for text, numbers, and internal inventory. Use EAN-13 or UPC-A when you already have an appropriate retail product identifier. QR Code supports links and text in any language. Always check what your scanner or retailer accepts.

Can I make a whole batch at once?

Yes! Choose Bulk barcodes, paste up to 200 values (one per line), or import a CSV/TXT file. CSV files can have value and label columns. If the file includes column names, select First row contains column names. Leading zeros are preserved. All labels use your chosen template and format, and download together in one ZIP.

Which file format is best?

PNG is the default for sharp, lossless images. SVG scales cleanly for design work. PDF puts one label on a page at the dimensions shown in the preview. Print at actual size (100%); it is not an A4 label sheet. GIF, JPG, WebP, BMP, and TIFF are also available. PNG and SVG are the best starting points for barcodes.

Will this register my product for retail?

This tool creates the barcode artwork; it doesn’t assign or register product identifiers. For retail, use a valid identifier accepted by your retailer. Test a printed label with your scanner before printing a batch.

Is my data saved or uploaded?

Your values and imported files are processed in this browser. This version has no accounts, analytics, ad scripts, or server uploads. This browser remembers the settings, values, and label titles for Single and Bulk separately. Clear site data in your browser to forget both drafts. The photographs and code are served with the website.
